SJSM has always played a very significant role when there is any disaster in the project area. It began in 1990 by providing clay tiled roof as a replacement to grass roof which was used by community for cover house. After this area was declared as Koyna Wilde Life Sanctuary, the community faced problems as the animals eat up the grass roofs. With the help of CM relief fund SJSM supported these villages.
